Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual is two months free.
Where to manage
Go to Business, then Settings. The Manage subscription button opens your billing portal in a new tab.
What you can do there
- Switch monthly to annual, or annual to monthly
- Upgrade or downgrade between Creator, Artist, Pro, and Road
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices and receipts
- Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Tiers at a glance
- Creator, £29 a month. One real gig run through the system, full lab access, email support.
- Artist, £59 a month. Adds full content strategy, mix chain analysis, set energy scoring, contract parser, unlimited captions.
- Pro, £99 a month. Adds two artist aliases, multi-currency invoicing, team access, full listen tracking.
- Road, £199 a month. Tuned for heavy touring volume. Effectively £18 per gig up to gig 11, then no per-gig cost past that.
What survives a downgrade
Your data stays. Workflows that need a higher tier (extra deep dives, multi-artist, white-label emails) lock until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Annual switch
If you go annual mid-month, the portal shows the prorated credit applied to your annual price. Two months free is built in. No coupon code needed.
