Tour Lab

The booking lands.
The admin self drafts.

Tour Lab is the gig and money layer of Signal Lab OS. The promoter emails. The gig and the draft invoice are waiting to be checked. Anything they left out is chased in your voice. The night sheet arrives at dawn. You check, you tap, it goes.

What is inside

Six pieces. One workflow.

Booking lands

Your inbox is read twice a day, your calendar three times. A promoter's email comes back as a gig with a draft invoice attached, waiting to be checked. A date that looks like a show turns up in Approvals as a hold.

Advancing

A missing set time, hotel or flight is flagged daily and the ask to the promoter is already written in your voice, with the specific missing items named. They answer on a public form and it lands on the gig. Details an agent types into a calendar event get pulled onto the gig too.

Night sheet

The evening before, a push with the run of the night. On the morning, one link opens a single page: countdown to set time, travel, contacts, guest list, and what is still missing.

Flights and the pass

Flights inside 24 hours are polled hourly, and a gate change or a delay arrives as a text. Before the first departure, a documents ping and a packing text. An Apple Wallet pass updates itself on the lock screen with set time, flight, gate and journey time from where you are standing.

Guest list

Fans sign up on a public guest list link. The door page shows one name per line and confirms them from the door. Every fan who signed up, with their city, in one list.

Invoice

When money lands, the matching invoice is flagged with the exact amount that arrived, part payment included. After the gig a text asks if you were paid, one tap marks it paid or snoozes it a week. The invoice opens on your phone with no login and one tap sends the PDF to the promoter.
